Poor Form, Poor Example

The girl used in this video is one that could have been pulled off the street in most of the exercises. Please, if you waste your money on this app, do NOT imitate how she does the exercises, especially with push ups and squats. The way she does them will lead to injuries. Second, they dont even have her doing the exercises all the way through, but instead have a short clip that gets repeated for the time period. Another example of her being someone pulled off the street. She only had to each exercise for one rep. This is not a very motivating factor when even those selling the fitness wont put out the effort themselves. Overall, Im sad I wasted my money. I got this to do as a warm up to my main exercises, and now Im wishing I just stuck with doing it on my own.

Wish I could play music

The app is nice if you want a quick workout with a video. I completed the workout after my run and it was a nice addition to my cardio/endurance workout. However, I was a little disappointed that I couldnt play music along with the workout to keep my motivation level up.

Great app! Needs a couple modifications

Great app with excellent short workouts. However, some take longer than 7 minutes. Adding the option to skip the rest/tutorial would bring it down to 7. Also, a pause button is a necessary feature.

Rip off

Paid the extra $3.00 for the 5 extra locked workouts and they will not unlock no matter what I do!!

Loving it

I love this app! I tend to do the same things usually in my workout. With that it doesnt allow very much progress. This app has helped me keep it funky. I usually do two programs a day. Sweat! Feel good! Eat good!

Ripped off

I also paid for the extra workouts and still dont have access to them. Oh well. I got cyber-jacked. Zero stars.

One issue but still 5 star

Love it but one thing im intersted in plyometerics too so maybe the next update you put some plyometerics in maybe the next update please I would love that.

Awesome!!!!!!

I highly recommend this app for people like me who have a tough time exercising- the app helps to encourage you and also, theres no reason not to do the workouts. Its only 7 minutes, right? Theyve got them for different levels and I always feel great after doing them. The only thing I could wish is that it told you how many calories youd burned in one session, but maybe they dont tell you because the number isnt super high
