I like the app but i wish I talked you through the exercises.

Good quick workout

Works well in conjunction with other cardio. I suggest a little more time to switch between sides of the body, especially for the side planks, I just cant flip over that fast.

Great app, would like to see audio guidance in the future

Great exercises, the only thing I miss is audio guidance (that the trainer would say "next exercise [name of the exercise]"), so I dont have to look at the screen at all.

Challenging enough

New to the 7-minute workout routine, this one was challenging enough and didnt leave me discouraged or dreading the next workout.

Raises your heartrate. Quick. Sore the next day.

I started using this yesterday. I woke up sore this morning. The directions are very clear. Its simple, which I like. No background music or other distractions. Just a simple whistle to start and stop each exercise.

I was sweating after this workout. This is a great app.

Good work out for beginners

I am in my 40s and am working to get beyond just yoga. This was the right amount of challenge for me, and its easier knowing it will only last for 7 minutes. It would be very nice to be able to listen to music or a podcast simultaneously, though!
