This workout fits my requirements very well by combining time effectiveness and intensity.
This is the best exercise app I have found so far for unmotivated beginners that requires very little time, NO equipment and an EXCELLENT visual of the correct way to do each exercise! GREAT JOB!!! Thank you so much for this app, because now I have actually started to EXERCISE! :)

This is a great quick workout to get you motivated to get in shape
Once I figured out how to change the music setting, this became my favorite on the go yoga/workout app.
Well its still the same application and has good fitness programs so i do love it no doubt

Some bad moments

they make u rate it right off the start lol before even trying it
Disappointed. A free version of a seven minute workout app that I have had for a year talks you through the entire workout. After paying and downloading this app, it prompts me to pay more for what I thought I had already purchased. Sorry but no stars from me even though I have to give it two to finish and send the review.
If you dont use another application to warm up, before you start this, you end hurted!
So grate to exercise myself with this app! It feels like i am on the gim with my personal trainer, but actually you are at home with your apple device!!! Awesome!! Xoxo
This app is great in that even on days when I dont have time to go to the gym- I can still get a little workout.
At 52 years old, I wasnt sure about this type of activity, but I was wrong. Love it, a great 7 minutes of cardio.
